Currently, the operators of the airport are Philippine Air Force and Clark International Airport Corporation. It has two concrete runways, each of length 3,200 meters. The New Terminal Building

A new project 12.55M has set a goal to construct a new terminal building having a capacity to manage 8 million passengers in a year, taking the total count to 12.2M passengers per annum. The new building is expected to be complete by the end of 2020.
