Yes, you can check the details of your flight bookings online at any time. Please log in to your 'My Eagle' account and then go from 'My Trips' to 'Current Bookings' to see the details of your bookings
You can check the baggage allowance for your flights by clicking the baggage icon provided with each of the itineraries on our search result pages, at the time of booking. If you miss the baggage icon or do not find the required information, be advised to contact us at toll-free 1-855-FLY-EAGLE
You will receive the e-Ticket to your registered email address within 30 minutes of the receipt of the payment for your booking. If you do not receive the e-Ticket via email, be advised to contact us at 1-855-FLY-EAGLE at the earliest.
You can cancel your tickets either online or over phone. To cancel online, do log in to your 'My Eagle' account on www.iEagle.com, and go from 'My Trips' to 'Current Bookings.' Then click on 'Current Bookings.' Please do check the cancelation penalty and fee if the flight ticket is refundable. 'Flight Cancelation' requests are not processed online within 5 hours prior to the confirmed flight schedule. Or, contact us at for assistance in cancelation. You need to provide your iEagle booking reference number (Trip ID) to the travel specialist for processing your 'flight canceling' request.However, reservation cancelation is subject to our terms of service and the relevant airline's policy.
